Cable, pneumatic or magnetic?
The three actuation types are not interchangeable. Cable-actuated plates (Roca PL series) pull a Bowden cable; pneumatic plates (Wirquin) use a rubber bulb and hose; magnetic/mechanical push-rod plates (Geberit Sigma, TECE Now) push a solid rod.
Match plate to frame
- Geberit UP320/UP720 frames → any Sigma plate (Sigma 01/20/30/50/70).
- Geberit UP182/Kappa → Kappa 20 or Kappa 21 only.
- Roca Duplo WC → PL1 (chrome), PL2 (matt), PL10 series.
- Grohe Rapid SL → Skate Cosmopolitan, Nova Cosmopolitan, Arena.
- TECE Profil → TECEnow, TECEsquare or TECEloop.
