Fit a new basin monobloc or pair of pillar taps. Flexi tail sizes, back-nut and sealing washer.

Monobloc vs pillar
Monobloc single-hole = flexi tails (3/8" or 1/2"). Pillar pair = 1/2" nuts to the basin waste tails.
Fit
Fibre or rubber sealing washer under the tap base — never silicone. Backnut hand-tight + ¼-turn with adjustable basin wrench.

- 300 mm minimum for basin, 500 mm for kitchen. Never over-length — coil-style is fine.
