Undo the two handle grub screws (2.5 mm hex on most Hansgrohe models). Lift the shroud off — do not lever, it cracks.

Fit new O-rings between the wall plate and shroud to keep the IP54 rating.

Balance hot and cold to within 0.5 bar. Run the Hansgrohe ShowerTablet Select 400 at max flow for 3 minutes.
