Perrin
Identify
The Perrin & Rowe Phoenician cartridge is a 16045 headwork. Measure diameter with vernier — Perrin used two body sizes on similar-looking taps.
Fit
Isolate under sink. Pop the hot/cold badge, undo the grub screw. Lift lever. Undo dome nut. Withdraw old cartridge. Fit new, aligning the spline at 12 o'clock so hot pulls back-left.
Test
Turn on slowly. Cycle full hot / full cold three times to seat the ceramic discs.
