How to Replace a Shower Solenoid Valve (UK)
Fit a new solenoid on Mira Sport, Triton T80si and Aqualisa Quartz digital showers. Symptoms and OEM refs.

Diagnosis
No flow but heater working = solenoid stuck closed. Continuous flow with switch off = solenoid stuck open.

- Triton T80si — S22320051.
- Aqualisa Quartz digital — 216505.
Fit
Isolate mains + power. Drain unit. Solenoid unclips from mount with a plug and 1/2" BSP fittings.

- Sometimes — scale on the plunger. Soak in citric acid 30 min. But if the coil is open-circuit, replace.
