- Test expansion vessel Schrader — recharge to 3.5 bar cold.
- Verify ERV at 6 bar, PRV at 3 bar.
- Inspect tundish for weep.
- Test immersion element resistance (10.5 Ω for 3 kW).
- Check thermostat cut-out.

Complete the Megaflo service log inside the cylinder cover — required for warranty claims.
